What Our Warranty Covers
Warranty Coverage
Your Pyratec product is protected for one (1) year from the original purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship.
This includes:
Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse
Battery or charging issues due to manufacturing faults
Internal electronic or structural defects
Major Cosmetic Damage
Our Promise
If your product is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect, Pyratec will:
Repair the product at no cost, or
Replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished model.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect (e.g., drops, liquid damage, burns)
Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage)
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Accessories, cables, or consumable parts
Proof of Purchase
To claim your warranty, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) showing:
Product name
Purchase date
Authorized retailer or Pyratec store
Warranty Region
Warranty services are available only within Egypt through authorized Pyratec service centers or partners. Products purchased and used outside Egypt are not eligible for warranty coverage.
